Pre-Registration For Sunday Morning Services

PLEASE REGISTER EARLY IN THE WEEK AS WE HAVE LIMITED SEATING.

Let us know you are attending this Sunday for one of two services:

  • Sunday 9:00am 
  • Sunday 11:00am 

The online reservation is limited to 50 people. If our services are FULL, you can contact Thomas at reservations.stjohnselora@gmail.com to go on a waiting list, or you can participate online with the live-stream broadcast at the St. John's Elora YouTube Channel.

After completing screening questions, please identify the names and contact information of everyone attending a service.

CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR A CONFIRMATION THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR REGISTRATION.
UNLESS YOU HAVE MOBILITY CHALLENGES OR YOU ARE INVOLVED IN THE LEADERSHIP OF A LITURGY, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE CHURCH UNTIL 20 MINUTES BEFORE THE START TIME OF A SERVICE.

Face masks are required while inside the building in the company of other people.

Everyone is strongly encouraged to get their vaccine.  People involved in the leadership and functioning of a liturgy are required to have two doses of a COVID vaccine according to the Diocese of Niagara Vaccine Policy.

Have you shown any symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days? (fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, trouble swallowing, runny nose, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea)?

Have you been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days or are you presently living with someone who is in quarantine in your household?
Yes No

Have you returned from travel outside Canada in the past 14 days and undergone a COVID test that showed positive?
Yes No

Do you or anyone attending with you have any reason why you cannot wear a mask while inside buildings on church property?
Yes No

 

 

If you answer YES to any of these questions, please continue to self-isolate and do not come to church.
